Childbearing as a blessing from God is not a race, this part of life is not a race, it's not all about the "numbers". One might get swept up in a circus of being in this club or that club; that's rather easy to do when bouncing about the blogosphere related to LCMS parenting. Please don't be hard on yourself for not enjoying the "last" moments more - if they were in fact the last moments. As a mom of older kids I can tell you that raising children is an endless stream of last moments. Snuggling with your teens and tweens is rather rewarding too. I enjoy your blog, thanks for sharing your world with us.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8826516410441401786.post-43295985975754768982012-03-29T10:54:57.428-06:002012-03-29T10:54:57.428-06:00I think of you often, too, Ewe. Everyone else has had her clock stopped by miscarriage. So the truth is that although I feel overwhelmed by these long years, their relentless progression is a gracious gift. I am so sorry for all the heartbreak you have had. I think of you often.Rebekahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11129136210164478753noreply@blogger.com
