1. We had a busy summer, but now I am going to try to get back to blogging at least a few times a week. We are back to homeschool with the goal of getting Lamb 1 ready for high school and Lamb 2 and Lamb 3 reading better this year. We are doing some school now and will add all the subjects after Labor Day.
2. We have been battling being sick off and on over the past few weeks. I can't figure it out, only some Lambs have had some kind of stomach bug. I am tired of doing laundry, cleaning the bathroom, and contacting people that we have to cancel our plans. Hopefully we finish this and can get on to our regular routine.
3. Lamb 1 and 2 are doing cross country with the Lutheran schools in our area. I didn't miss chauffeuring, but I did miss being part of a group since we didn't do cross country last fall after moving. The bonus is this is a Lutheran group and I love that the boys are meeting such nice Christian kids and that they pray together at practice and meets.
4. Ram is doing a graduate assistantship that pays really well, but he will be gone an extra 10 hours a week doing that in addition to his classes and studying. I have tried to get organized to get ready for some long days being mom/teacher/chef/chauffeur/maid etc. by myself. We were spoiled that Ram just had one class this summer so it is an extra shock. We will look forward to Thanksgiving Break!
5. We did a little house shopping and went to a few open houses this summer. I would love to buy a house and get settled instead of being in limbo with many of our belongings still packed up. Nothing in our price range in the location we want jumped out at us. The market is crazy here, often going $10,000 above asking price and often selling within hours. That was great when we were on the seller end, but terrible when we are on the buyer end. The good news is we are welcome to keep renting so we plan to stay here at least another year.
6. Ram is planning to take classes for this whole school year and then begin his practicum and internship after that. We are looking at him graduating in summer 2019.
7. I have more to say so I'll stop now and try to post more soon.

January update
Here is a glimpse into our life right now. Hopefully I can blog about these in more detail soon.
*Ram will begin classes for his degree next week. Our family really needed the down time for the last few months to get ready for this next chapter of our lives. We are all excited that he will now begin classes.
*Ram preached at our new church once in December and did pulpit supply (substitute preach) at a church a little south of us on New Year's Day. It was strange to be the pastor's family again for these. I am so glad he had a chance to use his talent for these before he begins classes.
*Our health insurance ended at the end of the year and we are trying Samaritan Ministries this year. I will blog about this as we get more experienced with our new "insurance".
*I was determined to return to more homeschool subjects and accomplish more in homeschooling than we did last fall after moving. I did some serious planning over Christmas vacation with the goal of getting Lamb 1 ready for high school whether we put him in high school or continue to homeschool. I plan to blog more about what we are doing in homeschool this semester.
*We are getting settled into activities at our new church and continuing to meet people there. We are going to have all the Lambs sit in on confirmation class this spring with the goal of confirmation for Lamb 1 and first communion for Lamb 2 and Lamb 3 in May.
*The Lambs are continuing piano lessons. I love that their piano teacher assigns Lamb 1 LSB hymns to practice. They also enjoy going to a weekly program at the library. They want to do more activities, especially sports, and we are still working on what will be a good fit for the Lambs and will work with our schedule (working around church activities and Ram's classes).
*The Seminary Symposia is next week. We are looking forward to seeing many friends, some of whom we have not seen for several years. Ram begins classes for his program next week so he is unable to attend Symposia, but we will still see friends. Our rental house does not have room for visitors so I look forward to getting our own place when Ram graduates so we can host for times like this.
*Recently I spent some time reading some of my old blog posts. I am determined to blog more often in 2017. It is interesting to go back 6 months or a year and reminisce both the good and bad times. So much that happened in 2016 was not recorded due to our move. I also hope to go back and blog about some more of 2016.
*We are still getting settled in our rental home. This is a slow progress, but it is progress. We are waiting for a few more repairs to be done by our landlord.
*We took the Christmas tree down the day after Epiphany, but there are still Christmas decorations to organize and pack away.
*We have had some car repairs recently. I am thankful for a husband that takes care of scheduling all that so that all I have to do is drop him off or pick him up if it is going to take more than a day.
*I am getting used to grocery shopping here. Today I was pleased that a raincheck and a digital coupon worked together. I am learning how to use my smartphone at the grocery. Our pantry is gradually getting stocked when items we use frequently are on sale. This makes life so much easier.

September Update
We are settled in that all of our belongings are either in the garage or our house. We are planning on getting a storage area, especially for our books, but we are still unpacking and trying to figure out how to best organize what is staying at the house to have the smallest storage area possible. Every day I get a little more settled, but no areas of my house are completely like I want them. I think in October I will concentrate on one room at a time instead of working all over the house each day. On Sunday afternoon we organized the garage so we can fit one car in there. We took out a lot of trash from both our landlord and us (bookshelves that didn't survive the move, boxes that were unpacked). The trash man took all of that today.
We took my grandma's cedar chest to a furniture repair man after a DIY repair 15 years ago didn't survive the last move. All the legs are on strong now and he also polished it so it looks almost new. It was so worth the money to get it repaired and I couldn't believe how fast he was. One more area for storage is available now. He was shocked that we not only had the cedar chest, but we also had the key and the lock worked. I estimate it is from 1925 as it was a high school graduation present.
I took part in the Reformation swap this year and I notified the lady that will receive my mug that with moving it will be late, but it will be coming. It was fun to "meet" another Lutheran and I am having fun getting her package together. I look forward to receiving my package.
We had two trips to the doctor since we arrived here. 1. To ER because Ram cut himself. 2. Lamb 2 had the worst case of chigger bites the Dr. had ever seen. That was a big mom fail-my boys that don't remember playing outside before we moved to ID had no idea that you needed to wear bug spray to play football outside in the backyard. I was busy unpacking and didn't remind them to wear bug spray. We have learned our lesson and are extra cautious about going outside now. Lamb 2 is surviving on Claritin, Benadryl, and a prescription cream. The other Lambs have more mild cases.
Ram needed new glasses and he had not bought glasses at his checkup this spring so insurance paid for about half of his new glasses.
We bought a mattress online and there was some delay getting it shipped to our unknown to the credit card company new address, but we have slept on it for a couple of weeks now and Ram and I like it.
House closing was more complicated than I would have liked due to us just getting internet installed, not setting up a printer/scanner yet, and having no idea where the printer paper was packed, but the money from the house sale was direct deposited into our account the day after closing. It is wild to me that you can sell a house by doing almost everything online, getting a direct deposit instead of a check, and not going to a title company nor handing over the keys on the day of closing. We left the keys and garage door openers in the kitchen drawer. Then it was time to notify all the companies to get our final utility bills and house insurance refund. It is so good to be completely done with that house less than two weeks after we arrived here.
We are still church shopping and have one more church to attend before choosing which ones to attend a second time. It has been fun to connect with friends at these churches, but I am getting anxious to get involved in one church.
Homeschooling has resumed. This year I plan to be more academic since Lamb 1 is in middle school and Lamb 2 has some catching up to do. We are off to a good start. Today I gave the Lambs and Ram haircuts, the first ones they had since we left ID.
My parents are retired, but they have invited us/asked us to help them attend several events in the past few weeks. They told us October is even more busy than September. This weekend we went with my dad to the airport to meet the Honor Flight, took my mom out to lunch for her birthday, attended a high school football game, helped my dad shop for and set up a new TV, and attended a high school band contest. We are enjoying being able to attend all this, but hope to get involved in our own activities soon.
When you move to a new area learning how to grocery shop in the new area is difficult. I had quite the time getting my Fred Meyer card transferred to a Kroger card, but I went shopping on Friday and it worked so I could get my Friday Freebies. I also had a difficult time finding a store that sells bulk spices (I miss Winco!), but I accomplished that on Saturday. All of our spices are replaced now. I have enjoyed starting over on my pantry/freezer with fresh food and hopefully purchase more healthy foods too.
The Lambs attended their first choir practice last week and the director and I decided they need voice lessons before they are ready to be part of this special choir. We are working towards getting settled enough to bring a piano in our house so they can resume piano lessons and their voice lessons will begin in October. In the future I hope they can participate in homeschool choir, but for now we will concentrate on the academic part of homeschooling and try voice lessons. Lamb 1 and 2 are signed up for a basketball camp in October. We will look for other activities for them to get involved in here too.
My days are kept busy trying to update our address everywhere. It seems like we get less snail mail than we used to, but it is still a lot of places to contact!
I don't know if anyone still reads my blog after it was so neglected this summer. I am going to try to get back to more posting in October whether I feel settled yet or not.

I'm still here!
I decided to pop in here with a short announcement that I'm still alive after two friends wrote to me checking after very few blog posts recently.
We had a wonderful vacation to southern CA the last week of April. Maybe someday I'll get to posting about our trip. I need to get started on a Shutterfly book before my code from Legoland expires.
Since we have been back May has been full of regular activities with a lot of extra activities thrown in at the end of the school year. Lamb 1 has a few more math lessons to complete his book and then we are going to take summer vacation. I still plan to work with all of them this summer, but we just won't have official school time in the morning, it will more be likely work during the hottest time of the day when their friends are unable to play and read a little longer at bedtime. The Lambs are getting ready for their last track meets, singing with the Sunday School at church with Lamb 1 accompanying them on piano, and their end of the year piano recital. I still have to sign them up for swim lessons and that is the only activity I plan to put them in this summer after our last few summers have been crazy.
The boys and I had our annual checkups. She had a few concerns about Lamb 1 so she is running some labs before we see if we need to see a specialist. Her concern was actually his thyroid and with a family history (Ewe's) she is taking his symptoms seriously. I saw the endocrinologist and we decided that it is time to get my thyroid removed. I am waiting for a consult with the surgeon to have a date for that.
Lamb 3 recently said that we should get rid of half of our belongings. I don't know if I will make it to his goal, but I am in full decluttering mode right now. The recycling can fills up quickly and the shredder is getting a big workout. I plan to get more cleaned out before delivering to the places that I will donate the rest.
Due to all the end of the year activities and the projects that I'm trying to complete, I will be blogging much less than normal this summer. I will try to occasionally pop in during this summer with our family updates. While I'm gone, check out Driving on Sunday blog on my blog list. It is written by one of my former students. He was in kindergarten my first year of teaching and it is so fun to see him with two of his own children now. I would encourage you to send him a video of driving on Sunday in whatever area of the country that you live in. It is so fun to see where other Lutherans live and their videos. It reminded me to take some time to rest together as a family to see God's beautiful creation.

Blogging didn't happen today
I have so much to talk about here and I am behind on posting pictures. Lamb 1 got his Arrow of Light at Cub Scouts; Lamb 1 and 2 attended Stonesetters at the State Capitol; our PE co-op did Crossfit this month; and I'm still not done posting Christmas photos yet. I had planned to do a little shopping this morning and try to get caught up on blogging today before we begin a new month.
Those plans didn't happen because this morning I had to help the church treasurer figure out Ram's paycheck because the paycheck company didn't do his deductions properly. I wasn't too worried the first paycheck of this month, figured it would get straightened out by the second paycheck. I was very concerned when it wasn't right by the second paycheck. I think we have it straightened out, but I'm still not paying bills until I see if it is all correct on Monday. Life is so much more complicated when everything is direct deposited and done online. I almost wish we lived in MN and got 3 paychecks from the tri-parish again because they were paper checks for us to deposit at the bank!
The paycheck was actually the minor part of my day. The major part of my day was that I found out that on Tuesday the classic Snapfish site is shutting down. I spent all afternoon chatting online with a representative trying to make sure that the photos that my father-in-law uploaded for us would still be available to me after Tuesday. He had uploaded photos from 2003-2011 for us, including most of Lamb 1 and 2's baby photos. Back then we had dial-up internet so we couldn't upload photos very fast. After much panic on my part, I found out that the photos will be at the new site. I did know that my photos were at the new site, I was unsure about Ram's dad's photos. The bad news was the photo books that I created at Snapfish will not be there after Tuesday. I can't afford to order duplicate copies at this time for the Lambs, (even at their sale price) so I ordered some prints from the albums that we only had one copy. Some time I'll make them an album the old fashioned way instead of digital. Most of the photo books I was not concerned about, but there was one that I made of our time in MN, that took me hours. I did contact Snapfish about that one and they assured me that it will transfer to the new site in 24 hours. I will check tomorrow if it transferred, but I ordered some prints of those photos just in case. Paying for prints was worth my peace of mind. Dealing with all this took a long time, but I feel much better that those old photos aren't lost with the update to a new site.
Ram did a few errands this morning and this afternoon he took the Lambs with him to shop at Costco so I could work on Snapfish. I was glad all this happened on his day off!
Hopefully tomorrow I will be back on schedule and blogging will happen next week! Have a good weekend!

Question for experienced bloggers
I took a little video of Rev. Harrison playing the banjo at Fargo with my camera. What is your advice to get that video on my blog? I tried just inserting a video into Blogger and it didn't work. I would really like to post this for those who were unable to go to Fargo. So should I do something like YouTube or what is the trick to doing it in Blogger?

Blogging...
I will resume blogging in a few days. I'm working on a photo book in all my "free time" in the next couple of days. Snapfish has them 67% off-too good of a deal to miss! I'm actually finished creating the book, but it takes me a long time to "proofread" and get the book just like I want it. I'm a perfectionist, even at digital scrapbooking! I'll do two weeks of school reports next week.
We did have Christmas program practice and church tonight. The snow started again while we were at church. We made it home safely and I plan to stay inside all day tomorrow. Ram is supposed to visit a few people, but he may need to change the appointments because of the weather. We'll see.

Family
First, I'm sorry for the lack of blogging recently. We have had internet connection problems recently. Ram's dad gave us a new to us router that could be causing some of the problems. We have had internet sometimes and sometimes not for the past few days. I had other things to do on the computer when I had a connection so blogging didn't happen. I may not blog very much while we figure this out. Hopefully we'll figure it out soon.
On Sunday, someone commented to me that I needed to "hang in there"- that our family would be going home soon. Yes, my dad was here for over a month and my mom was here with him for over a week. Then we had a week break before Ram's parents came for about a week. Yes, I did more cooking and while my parents were here more laundry. Yes, I cleaned the house a little more before Ram's parents came. I found that comment on Sunday as odd. We love having both sides of our family visit. We live so far from our family that their visits are never long enough. The boys love having grandparents to play with them and read to them. I love having grandparents here to entertain the boys so I can cook without interruptions. My dad is a handyman when he visits-doing the tasks around the house that Ram doesn't have time to do. Ram's dad usually cleans up and organizes files on our computer when he visits. Ram's mom talks to me and gives me ideas to make me a better mom/homeschooler/housekeeper from her experiences raising 3 boys. My mom usually bakes treats when she visits. That comment on Sunday made me count another blessing-that we get along with both sides of our family and my sister. We like having all of them visit. Unfortunately, that is getting to be very rare in society today.
Maybe it also has something to do that our family is only Ram's one Grandma, both sets of parents, and my one sister. We remember our loved ones in heaven while counting our blessings of those that are still here with us.

Busy and still here
I have a lot of blog posts and photos of our family in August to post here, but we've been extremely busy. If anyone is still reading my blog, please be patient. I'll try to start posting regularly again soon.
I'm dealing with lots of tomatoes from our garden and some sweet corn that was given to us. We've had lots of yummy meals from our garden including homemade tomato soup. The Lambs (especially Lamb 3) love homemade tomato juice.
I'm also trying to plan our fall vacation. I have a lot of people to contact and plans to make in order to use our vacation time wisely to see a lot of people in a little time.
We've taken a few short one day trips recently that I want to post about. I've talked to some friends on the phone and seen a few friends from college recently too. I don't have enough time to talk to adults besides Ram very often (more than "hi" and small talk) so I appreciate that these conversations get my brain thinking about some new ideas. I hope to post some of these ideas from these conversations.
Last Thursday we drove to Ladies Aid in hail and a bad storm. When we arrived the tornado siren was going off. I heard later that there were tornadoes very near us. Thankfully as far as I heard no one was hurt or any serious damage in our area.
We've had very mild August weather. After a big electric bill in July, I'm thankful for this. The Lambs want to go swimming and I don't know when we will fit that in before school starts that it will be warm enough and not raining.
Someone commented and asked about my teaching history and science to the Lambs. I hope to have more posts about homeschooling soon.
I know I still haven't finished posting photos from our trip to CA in May.
Please continue to keep Ram in your prayers. We still do not have any results from his medical tests. He will have more tests later this month. If the doctor is correct with what he thinks is wrong with Ram, Ram will take medication for the rest of his life. I have more appreciation for people with medical problems with this experience. I know this is very minor compared to other health problems, but it is emotionally and physically exhausting for everyone in the family, especially the family member with the health problem, to wait for phone calls from doctors, follow the directions for the tests, get the tests, wait for results, and answer all the questions from everyone about the health problem. It is unexpected to have health problems at age 35. We never expected this when he had his regular physical in June.

A little socialization for our Lambs
(This photo was taken with our old camera so it's not the best, but you get the idea.)
L-R Sweet Pea (6), Christopher (6), Lamb 2 (3 1/2), Emma (4), Little Bird (3), Ewe, Lamb 3 (2), The Mama, Baby Moose (2 months) with Lamb 1 (6) not in the blank spot in line, having a tantrum on the floor in front of us instead because he didn't want to have his photo taken.
Our 3 homeschool families got together at the MN N Pastor Conference this week. We only went for Monday and Tuesday but we had a great time in that short time. The others stayed for Wednesday too.
Jenny (not pictured from Loopers) has Christopher and Emma. Her husband is one of Lamb 3's godparents.
The Mama has Sweet Pea, Little Bird, and Baby Moose. Little Bird is so cuddly and likes to snuggle on anyone's lap to listen to stories. I loved holding a GIRL with big brown eyes. Baby Moose is big for a 2 month old and content to nurse often and be held by anyone when he's not nursing. I never held Baby Moose but he is adorable.
The Mama is part of 2 blogs that I read regularly and it took me awhile to figure out that she was in my part of the U.S. We had never met before this week.
The Lambs and Ewe had a great time with our new and old friends. My friend Leah from college was also there. She was a great help with all our little ones. Ram and the other dads/husbands also had a good time chatting. I say this even though we were all interrupted several times during conversations to take care of our little ones.
You can tell from Lamb 1 in this photo, that the Lambs loved their friends, but were grouchy and in need of a nap on the second day. I can't imagine if Lamb 1 was in school that we would have this problem more often because every school day he wouldn't be able to sleep in as long as he needs.
I will post a little more about seeing our friends later this week.

Blogging
While I haven't gone as long blogging as some of my other friends (one went 7 months without blogging), I haven't blogged as much as I did before. I try to post once a day. This is my 11th post on the 19th day of March. Not terrible, but not as often as I would like.
I didn't blog about the first of Lamb 1's new goldfish dying or about Lamb 2 throwing up all over everything in the middle of the night a few nights ago or about some of the things I've discovered as I cleaned out my memorabilia to scrapbook or many other topics that I could have blogged about recently. I haven't blogged very many photos from our new camera.
A few weeks ago I had several comments about my blog (e-mail and verbal and blog comments). They were all comments that I'm...very thorough on my blog. And how do I ever find time to blog so much?
Ram started his blog last August and he started out posting a few times a week. Now he is just posting his sermons and not much more. He said he simply lost interest in blogging. He would rather read a book than to write a blog post. Blogging wasn't as interesting to him as he thought it would be. Another blog that Ram read sometimes just posted that he will no longer be blogging as he is interested in other things and doesn't want to devote time to blogging right now. He still plans to post his sermons at another site. Ram would probably start doing the same thing if he had a church website to post his sermons at. So for now he continues to post his sermons on his blog and once and awhile something will catch his interest enough to blog about it.
I enjoy blogging and I would like to have enough time to "blog ahead" a few days so when we get busy I don't get behind on blogging. But right now I don't have time for that. Part of my problem is that I'm interested/involved in so many areas of my life right now-Lambs, homeschooling, homekeeping, scrapbooking, etc.-and I will be involved in all these areas for many years. My blog is not just primarily one topic like homeschooling or sewing or photography with occasional posts about something besides the primary topic. Because of this, I think blogging comes easy to me because I have several different areas to blog about. But it also makes it difficult to narrow down which topic to blog about and focus on that.
I often get my ideas for blogging from what my friends post. It seems like recently my friends have been as busy as I have been and not posting as often. Add in that our miscarriages have been on my mind a lot and I don't want to be depressing with that kind of blog posts. I have been reading my friends blogs, but just haven't had time to leave comments.
I'm also trying to clean out things here-the other day I worked on the bathroom cupboard for a little while-not done there yet, and I've been working on my scrapbook supplies for several days. If I spend time doing that, then I don't have time to blog. And I still need to keep up with homeschooling, dishes, and laundry.
I think this post has become a "thorough ramble". I guess I'll continue to post when I have time AND I'm inspired with a blog post idea. I'm still here even if I don't post as often as before. If I read your blog regularly (on my blog list on my sidebar), even if I don't have time to comment, I'm still thinking and praying for you.

Curious
I added Live Traffic Feed to my blog earlier this week. There are only a few international people/friends that read my blog so I didn't see much purpose to adding a live traffic map (or what ever it is called) to my blog.
It has been very interesting to me who reads my blog. For example, one found my blog because they were looking up Costco in Fargo. There is no Costco in Fargo! But The Mama commented on one of my blog posts asking if there was a Costco in Fargo.
It's also been interesting to me the people that come to my blog after reading another blog that I'm linked on. I can figure out who a few of these people are, but I'll probably never know who most of these are.
One came to my blog looking for home away scams!
It's also interesting where people go after reading my blog-which blogs on my blog list they choose to go to after reading my blog.
I suppose I am most curious about people that are local in MN/over the border in SD to me. I'm sure I know some of them in real life. And the ones that I don't know in real life, I'm curious about how they ever found my blog!
For my first blogaversary I asked all of you that read this blog to leave a comment. Then my computer was down. It was also the busy Christmas season. If you were one of the 12 to comment there, you don't need to comment again. But if you read this blog post, would you please leave a comment so I can "know" who a few more of you are? Thanks for reading my blog and for leaving a comment!

Happy My Blog First Anniversary!
Today is my blogaversary! Not very many people read it when I began. I thought I would post the reason why I chose the title for my blog again today. I love the title of my blog. I have seen a similar blog title, Day by Glorious Day. I like my title because most of my posts are about our family either when we were away or at home plus it is from my favorite childhood hymn.
It has been interesting the connections of who reads my blog. Several are women that I've never met. The best man in our wedding-I've never met his wife, but she reads my blog. One of the best man's sisters who I either met once when I was engaged or never met also reads my blog. Many are Loopers that I've met. Some are Loopers that I've never met. Many are homeschoolers. Many are pastor's wives. I originally started it for our family to read. My parents both read it regularly. My sister only reads it when I insist it is something she wants to read-probably less than once a month since she doesn't have internet access at home. Ram's mom reads it often, but not regularly. Ram's dad is so busy with work that he doesn't read it very often. So it's funny that many of the people that I originally wrote it for don't read it regularly!
I never have a problem coming up with blog posts, my problem is having time to sit down and post all my millions of ideas. We have started taking more pictures because we HAVE to post them on the blog. My other problem is that my posts are often way too long. But with Ram as the only adult that I talk to most days, I "talk" to you on my blog!
Would you please leave a comment on this post so I can see who all reads my blog? I know many of you have left an occasional comment, but I would like to see many of you all at once!

Blog question
How can I write a post early and then get it to publish later? Please leave a comment and let me know.

Blogging, Memes, and Computer Problems
Elephant's Child had a great post about how creepy Facebook memes are getting. She says they are too long and too much privacy is being lost with them. Read her whole post to see what she says. I agree with her.
That is one reason why neither Ram or I are part of Facebook. I could write a whole post about other reasons why we aren't part of Facebook. Ram is part of Wittenburg Trail, but he rarely uses it and I'm not part of WT.
Esther tagged me today to do 25 things about my children. I just started this blog in December so I had never been tagged before. I don't have a problem with a meme like that. Although I did think 25 was rather long. Maybe some day I'll do a post on my children, but this week I'm too busy to do it.
Susan has been discussing with Loopers her terrible computer problems recently. There are some nasty viruses going around computers recently and currently. She was given the advice to watch her websurfing and only go to sites that she KNOWS are safe until this calms down. (google blogs, Amazon, etc.) And if you haven't backed up your computer recently, that would be a good idea too.
We had computer problems a few years ago and we had to backup our photos and important things and then erase everything and start over. We learned our lesson and Ram is much better about backing up than he was before that. We have been busy so Ram hasn't done a backup for awhile. But with Susan's news, he backed everything up last night. So far it seems like we have been protected from this group of viruses. I hope that we continue to be protected. Not because we don't have things backed up. But because it takes so much TIME to fix your computer up when you have to mess with this. We know from experience when we had to crash our computer. With 3 little lambs and Lent starting next week, we don't have time to rebuild our computer now. I know some people crash their computer on purpose every so often to start with a fresh slate. I'm not one of those people!

About my blog title
My blog title is based on the hymn, "I am Jesus Little Lamb".
Day by day, at home, away,
Jesus is my Staff and Stay.
When I hunger, Jesus feeds me,
Into pleasant pasture leads me:
When I thirst, He bids me go
Where the quiet waters flow.
TLH 648:2
My parents sang all 3 verses of this hymn to me as they rocked me as a baby. It was one of the first hymns I memorized. Now I sing it to my boys every night too.
My blog will be "under construction" for awhile as we finish Advent and enter Christmas. I hope to post more in 2009.
