Beach Party

The town 7 miles away received an early childhood grant. We live in this school district so we have benefited from their activities. Today they had a beach party.

Lamb 2 enjoyed eating fruit, meat, and cheese kabobs.

Lamb 1 thought the music was too loud and covered his ears for the whole hour.

Lamb 3 had the best time of all our Lambs. He played with a beach ball and...

danced and danced.

Here's the steel drum band. They were really loud. They even played the Hallelujah Chorus. I bet you've never heard that on drums!

When we got home Lamb 1 wanted to have his own band.

Lamb 1 and 2 making music.

Lamb 2

Lamb 3 with Ram. Ram, Lamb 1 and Lamb 3 had matching shirts from Hawaii from when Ram's parents went. Lamb 3 wasn't born when they went so Lamb 2 didn't have a shirt to match. He wore a different Hawaiian type shirt. Ewe didn't wear her matching dress partly because she didn't want Lamb 2 to be the only one that was dressed different; because she couldn't nurse Lamb 3 in that dress; and because it was 10 degrees today.
We had a fun afternoon at the beach party after I got the minivan stuck in the parking lot at church this morning and had to be shoveled out. At least we had church and we were healthy enough to go!

Esther,
Do you know, is ECFE a MN thing? Lamb 1 gets to take Spanish lessons at ECFE later this month.
